The First Presbyterian Church of Burbank, California shall use the said income from the Fund hereby established as determined by its Board of Deacons to support the Dial-A-Prayer ministry to reach out to people in need who may not be related to the church and who can reach out for an uplifting through word and deed, and the message that the Lord is there to help, and if this ministry is not possible, then to support a ministry to the sick, shut-ins, or people in need who may not be able to attend church.
