Designated Use

Presbytery of Milwaukee shall use the said income form the Fund hereby established for the benefit of the successor Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) church in the Harambe neighborhood, which is 289 square blocks in Northeast Milwaukee bounded by Capital Avenue on the north, Milwaukee River on the east, North Avenue on the south and Interstate 43 on the west. Said income shall be used for educational purposes with priority given to young people who are members of the successor congregation or who have an established relationship to the successor church. This assistance may be in any form which is seen as most useful for the recipients; that is, tutorial programs, scholarships, book grants, and supplies, etc.
