To enhance the christian education program by providing for needs over and above the normal christian education budget (i.e. camp scholarships or other special needs). Recommendations for the use of the income provided by this fund shall be made to the Session by the Christian Growth and Nurture Committee in consultation with the pastor and the superintendent of Sunday school.
