Designated Use

...for the Theological Seminary of the Waldensian Society situated at Florence Italy, to be known as The Henrietta Baker Fund. The income of which will be paid semi-annually to Mr. Muston or to the Treasurer of the Faculty of the Theological Seminary at Florence, Italy, is he so directs, to be expended as follows: for increasing the salaries of the Professors $600.00; for scholarships for regular students and Teacher Evangelists $710.00. For Teacher of Languages and Music $500.00; for salary of the Superintendent of the Student's Home $430.00; for a total of: $2,240.00. If at any time it is desired to change the proportion of any of the above four departments of work in the amount they are to receive, before such change is made, I desire that the approval of the Rev. J. Gordon Gray, D.D. of Rome should be first secured, or in the case of his death or removal from Rome, the approval of Rev. A. F. Schauffler, D. D. of New York should be secured.
