The properly constituted authorities of the Presbyterian Home in Lynchburg, VA, shall select the young man or woman to receive the Scholarship. It is the wish of the donors that the individual receiving the Scholarship shall be a caucasian of good character, high scholastic standing, ambitious, and desirous of receiveing a college education.
