Designated Use

In 1994, at the request of the Washington Presbytery and in accordance with the donative document, the Board agreed to the following use: To employ devoted Christian men and women of the Presbyterian Church to instruct in the Gospel of Christ persons who may need such instructions, and to give aid and comfort to ill and injured and to afflicted and aged persons, anywhere within the limits of Washington County, Pennsylvania. Disbursement would be through Washington Presbytery, noting that an influx of foreigners into Washington County would cause the funds to revert to the original end use specified.
