To employ devoted Christian men and women of the Presbyterian Church to instruct in the Gospel of Christ persons who may need such instructions, and to give aid and comfort to ill and injured and to afflicted and aged persons, anywhere, within the limits of Washington County, Pennsylvania. In the event of an influx of foreigners into Washington County, the funds shall be redirected to the Christian education and general development of said foreigners.
