Designated Use

For the support of a secondary school within the Presbytery of Santa Fe and related to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The school should be a secondary, co-ed, day and boarding school with a curriculum that emphasizes academic work, social, extracurricular and Christian Education programs. The Synod of the Southeast shall use the income as a specific addition to approved funding sources, without budget equalization of any kind. If a secondary school of this nature does not exist, ceases to exist, or ceases to be a part of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), then the said net income shall be paid to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for the Student Scholarship Fund, or successor program.
