To be used for the budget or special causes of the [Geneva Presbyterian] church at the discretion of the Session of said church, with the stipulations that the church send or use not less than: Ten percent (10%) as a benevolence gift to the General Mission Program of the United Presbyterian Church in the USA; and not less than Ten percent (10%) for the education and youth programs of the said local church; and not less than Ten percent (10%) for the Organ Fund of said church, either as a capital investment or for maintenance.
