Designated Use

First Presbyterian Church, Aberdeen, SD, shall distribute the said income from the Fund hereby established semiannually by mail or in person to Ascension Presbyterian Church, Route #1, Box 90, Peever, South Dakota 57257 or a merged church created by uniting Ascension Presbyterian Church with another church of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) or a church in regular correspondence with the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for use as determined by the Session of Ascension Presbyterian Church or the governing board of said merged church. If Ascension Presbyterian Church or said merged church ceases to exist, the Session of the First Presbyterian Church of Aberdeen, South Dakota shall use the income for mission in a manner as similar as possible to the original intent of the Donor.
