To be used for the exclusive purpose of purchasing toys, games and books for its day care program. It is not the purpose of the Fund to purchase supplies for the day care program, and the term supplies shall be construed to mean pencils, crayons, paper and other day-to-day necessities for the day care program. Should the day care program of the Donor cease to exist then the Net Income shall be used by the Donor for the children's music programs.
