During the lifetime of Sanda Otto Findley, the income from this fund will be forwarded by Westminster Presbyterian Church to any church of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) of which Sanda Otto Findley is a member. Should Sanda Otto Findley not be a member of a church of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) or not be living, then the Session of Westminster Presbyterian Church of Dayton, Ohio shall use said net income as its Session shall determine.
