Designated Use

to provide college scholarship or scholarships for deserving members of the First Presbyterian Church, Springfield, NJ. The Session of the First Presbyterian church, Springfield, NJ shall have the sole right and power to select the recipients of said scholarships, the amount and the duration thereof. The Session of the First Presbyterian Church, Springfield, NJ shall award said scholarship or scholarships to members of the First Presbyterian Church, Springfield, NJ based upon the individuals character, need and academic ability. The scholarship or scholarships shall be awarded on an annual basis and may be awarded to the same qualifying individual for a period not to exceed five (5) years. The Scholarship fund shall be known and designated as the Stiles-Hankins Scholarship Fund of the First Presbyterian Church, Springfield, NJ and a scholarship shall be known as the Stiles-Hankins Scholarship.
