Designated Use

The Foundation shall reinvest net income so that net income becomes principal until notification of the death of the donor. Upon notification of the death of the Donor, [Sara M. Steele] the Foundation shall pay the net income therefrom quarterly after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time) to Bryan Mawr Presbyterian Church, Cottage Grove, WI for their unrestricted use.
