It is the intent of the donors that a special event or events be held annually at the Church, as income allows, to foster the fellowship and service of First (Scots) members. It is the donors' hope that such events are add-on enrichments to the church program that build the body of believers known as First (Scots) into a caring and serving community. It is the intent of the donors that the pastor of First (Scots) be the primary initiator of the annual plan, subject to review and approval of the plan by the Session.
