To be used by the Official Board of such church for the benefit and welfare of the church. The principal of this trust estate shall not be invaded for any purpose whatsoever with the exception that in the event that the Hutchinson Memorial Presbyterian Church be destroyed or rendered unfit for use through fire or other casualty and the church does not have sufficient funds to rebuild, then, and in that event, with the permission of the Trustee and the Judge of the Floyd Circuit Court, the principal may be invaded to supply funds with which to rebuild such church.
