Scholarship is to be awarded on the basis of (1) membership in First Presbyterian Church, Saginaw, MI; (2) participation in the church's activities; (3) financial need. The scholarship is to be awarded to someone in post high school education, such as a vocational school, a trade school, a two or four year college, or a theological seminary. The Session (church council) should be in control of awarding the scholarship. The scholarship should be ordinarily and if possible awarded completely each year to one or more students.
