To be used in the sole discretion of its governing body. The William and Mildred Orr Compassionate Care Center [12/31/2002 n.k.a. - East End Cooperative Ministry, Pitssburgh, PA] must provide the Foundation annually with written documentation of its status as a validated mission project of the Pittsburgh Presbytery prior to the end of the first calendar quarter of each year, or the obligation of the Foundation to pay the Net Income to the William and Mildred Orr Compassionate Care Center [12/31/2002 n.k.a. - East End Cooperative Ministry, Pitssburgh, PA] under this agreement shall terminate and payment shall thenceforth be made in accordance with the provisions stated herein to the Kiskiminetas Presbytery. [1/30/2014 - Validation will be obtained every five years to be in line with FDN current practices of validating missions.]
