Also for attendance at the Presbyerian Church History Seminars. 3) Funds not required for records or seminars may only be used for the preservation/restoration of Church buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 4) All expenditures shall have the prior approval of the person most responsible for records retention, such as the Historian or Clerk of Session.
