Designated Use

The Foundation shall reinvest the net income of the Fund (hereinafter the Net Income) into principal until the corpus of the Fund reaches $100,000.00, so that such reinvested Net Income becomes principal. After the corpus of the Fund reaches $100,000.00, the Foundation shall pay one-half of the Net Income therefrom quarterly, after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time), to St. John's Presbyterian Church, 1070 W. Plumb Lane, Reno, Nevada 89509 (hereinafter the Beneficiary), to be used for operating expenses. The Foundation shall reinvest the remaining one-half of the Net Income into principal, so that such reinvested Net Income becomes principal.
