Designated Use

To be used for maintenance and tuning of the pipe organ in the sanctuary of the Beneficiary. In any year that the Net Income from the Fund exceeds the expense of maintaining and tuning the pipe organ, the Beneficiary shall deposit the surplus in a restricted fund maintained by the Beneficiary, which is available for use for future maintenance and tuning of the pipe organ. In the event that the pipe organ is no longer in use, the Beneficiary may use the Net Income from the Fund, as well as all accumulated amounts of surplus distributions in the separate account maintained by the Beneficiary, for the Beneficiary's music programs.
