Designated Use

Reinvest net income so that such reinvested net income becomes corpus until the value of the fund reaches $5,000.00. After the fund reaches $5,000.00, the Foundation will cease to reinvest net income and shall distribute the net income to the beneficiary as provided annually effective December 31. To be used as determined by the Presbytery Council or its successor to fund urban ministry programs in the Presbytery, its churches, or its mission projects that provide direct services in the order of priority to children, youth and families.
