At the discretion of the Board of Deacons. Income from this fund may not exceed the amount of planned Deacon expenses indicated in the approved annual budget of the First Presbyterian Church. Income in excess of this amount will be added to the permanent corpus. In the event that a Board of Deacons cannot administer these funds, the Board of Trustees of the First Presbyterian Church shall direct income from this fund to similar ministries of pastoral care in the Cookeville area.
