Income to be used to provide the congregation of Bishopville Presbyterian Church special Christian educational programs or opportunities that are not considered part of the routine program expenses of the church. In addition to regular payments hereunder, fund principal shall be available upon written request from the Session of Bishopville Presbyterian Church at any time. Any distribution of principal shall be limited so as not to reduce the principal balance at any time below $5,000.00.
