Designated Use

The BENEFICIARY shall use said income for the acquisition, maintenance and repair of real property as follows: to buy, sell, mortgage, lease, improve, repair, replace and maintain real property, including both land and buildings without limitation; as well as improvements and appurtenances thereto and capital items necessary to the effective utilization of such real property, to include but not limited to, furnishings, appliances, business machines and fixtures; and to defray the cost of all non-recurring expenses incident to or related to any of the foregoing including but not limited to attorneys' fees, insurance costs, lawful taxes, interest charges, recording fees, and any other cost, fee or expense related to the ownership, possession and use of real property, which is not a routine budget item. The BENEFICIARY may expend the income in any year requested or may accumulate the income over a period of time in a separate account, reserved and allocated for the foregoing purposes.
