Designated Use

(a) the support of small congregations within that Presbytery, with particular emphasis on Neah Bay Presbyterian Church and Clallam Bay Presbyterian Church, so long as the Presbytery of North Puget Sound shall determine that either or both of these churches have need to receive mission support; and (b) new church development within the Presbytery of North Puget Sound, the yearly allocation of this income to be decided at the sole discretion of the Presbytery of North Puget Sound based on need and the opportunity for mission.
