To provide scholarships to an authorized Presbyterian Seminary (PCUSA) for a student from St. Mark's as authorized by the Session. If there is no seminary student from St. Mark's, then the scholarship would go to a seminary student from the Presbytery of Tampa Bay. If there is no seminary student from the presbytery, it will go to a student attending McCormick Theological Seminary.
