To provide scholarships to an authorized Presbyterian Seminary (PCUSA) for a student from St. Mark's as authorized by the Session. If there is no seminary student from St. Mark's then the scholarship would go to an seminary student from the Presbytery of Tampa Bay. If there is no seminary student from the Presbytery of Tampa Bay it will go to a student attending Princeton Theological Seminary.
