Net Income from this fund is primarily for the ongoing maintenance and the future enhancement of the pipe organ. Distributions from the fund may be accumulated from year to year[as determined by the Session] for these expenses. To the extent that accumulated and accruing distributions from the fund are determined to be in excess of the sums reasonably needed to meet current and anticipated expenses for the primary purpose, such excess may be used to meet additional music expenses of the church related to worship services.
