Said net income shall be used to make grants for scholarship aid to any person seeking a college education in any field of study. The college does not have to be a Presbyterian Church (USA) institution; however, college shall include graduate schools for christian education or seminary for the training for ministry. The student does not need to be a Presbyterian. Such grants for scholarship aid are to be given solely on the basis of academic excellence.
