Project selection shall be made by the minister of the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF HARBOR SPRINGS and the Mission Committee of the Session of the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF HARBOR SPRINGS in communication with the Presbyterian General Assembly Worldwide Ministries Division. These funds are to be expended over and above the annual General Mission budget of the congregation of the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF HARBOR SPRINGS.
