Designated Use

To be used for the purpose of maintaining, improving, and expanding the Memorial Garden, including the right to accrue distributions from year to year if necessary to accomplish major repairs or expansions and to the extent that such expenditures or reserves of annual distributions exceed the reasonable need for support of the Memorial Garden, the excess may be used to maintain the grounds and buildings which constitute the larger setting of which the Memorial Gardens are a part. If the Memorial Garden is removed, then any accrued distributions shall be used for maintenance of the church grounds.
