Net income from this fund is primarily for theological school tuition expenses for students who are members of the Point Pleasant Presbyterian Church. To the extent that accumulated and accruing distributions from the fund are determined to be in excess of the sums reasonably needed to meet current and anticipated expenses for the primary purpose, such excess may be used for theological school tuition expenses for students from within the Monmouth Presbytery.
