For use as detailed in the attached resolution and agreement between the DONOR and the BENEFICIARY. The remaining funds together, with any additions thereto shall become a part of the permanent endowment for the benefit and use of the First Presbyterian Church, La Grande, Oregon, not to exceed 5% of the prior ending year fund balance. The intent of permanent endowment funds is to the fund new or to expand existing programs: for Capital Improvements Fund, for construction or maintenance of the existing physical plant.
