For use as detailed in the attached resolution and agreement between the DONOR and the BENEFICIARY. The remaining funds together, with any additions thereto shall become a part of the permanent endowment for the benefit and use of the First Presbyterian Church, La Grande, Oregon, not to exceed 5% of the prior ending year fund balance. The intent of permanent endowment funds is to the fund new or to expand existing programs: for Christian Education Fund. This includes staff development costs (salaries, travel) and special programs for all ages and needs of the congregation of the First Presbyterian Church of La Grande, Oregon, (with emphasis on youth and the elderly.) Allowable expenses include the costs of training, program development, and materials and supplies.
