Further, upon receipt of a written request from the Session of the Iglesia Presbiteriana en Esteves verifying that it is undertaking a special campaign for construction or addition to its physical buildings, the Foundation shall distribute up to fifty percent (50%) of the then capital appreciation in the Fund to the Iglesia Presbiteriana en Esteves to be used for construction or addition to its physical buildings.
