Designated Use

The Foundation shall reinvest net income, so that said net income becomes principal, until notification that all non-charitable interests have been terminated for the LEE V. AND GRACE A . KLIEWER FUND a charitable remainder unitrust, established by Lee V. Kliewer and Grace A. Kliewer on September 8, 1994, and governed by agreement #94-320, of which the Foundation is currently Trustee. Upon notification that all non-charitable interests have been terminated, the Foundation shall distribute all principal and income in accordance with paragraph 4. DISTRIBUTION TO CHARITY of agreement #94-320. Then to be used preferably for one particular project, as determined by its Board of Trustees.
