For use in the Assistance Program. In the event, however, that the said Board of Pensions shall determine that it is advisable to encroach upon the corpus of this bequest from time to time to meet its needs, then and in that event the United Presbyterian Foundation shall deliver to the said Board of Pensions from time to time such portion of the corpus of the bequest as shall be requested by the said Board of Pensions.
