Reinvest one third (33.33%) of the net income back into principal and to pay two thirds (66.67%) of the net income therefrom quarterly to the Donor. The Donor, or its successors, shall have the privilege of withdrawing principal of said Fund in excess of $1,350.00 annually according to the rules of the Foundation then in effect. The initial $1,350.00 must always remain as principal.
