One-third (1/3) thereof for the Music Program; One-third (1/3) thereof for the Christian Education Program; and One-third (1/3) thereof for the Missions Program. If any of these programs shall cease to exist, then the income paid pursuant to this paragraph may be used for any lawful purpose or purposes without restriction. Fifty (50) years from the date of distribution pursuant to this subparagraph, the then holder of the principal amount of this gift shall evaluate and reconsider whether the purposes of this gift are being achieved, and at that time or any time thereafter, the then holder of this distribution may, in its discretion, distribute all or any portion of this distribution directly to the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, for use for any lawful purpose or purposes without restriction.
