Designated Use

to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation with its principal offices at 200 East Twelfth Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130, as trustee, provided, however, (i) for a period of seven (7) years, beginning on the date the sum is received by the trustee, the Presbytery of Denver, 1710 South Grant Street, Denver, Colorado 80210-3194, may withdraw either all or a portion of the principal and accrued interest thereon for the purpose of acquiring real estate for new church development and/or the calling of staff, or for an organizing pastor for new church development; (ii) at the expiration of the seven (7) year period, the trustee shall transfer any remaining balance to the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to be used for new church development.
