Designated Use

Per the terms of the agreement, the Trustee shall permanently hold, invest and reinvest in its sole discretion all the principal and undistributed income of this Trust, and the net income therefrom shall be reinvested as such income is received quarterly into a separate fund until said income is requested by the Session of The Presbyterian Church, 810 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. The Presbyterian Church of Fredericksburg, Virginia shall use the said income from this Fund hereby established for the upkeep of the sanctuary of the Presbyterian Church of Fredericksburg, Virginia. In the event of a natural or other major disaster to the sanctuary, all or a portion of the Marian Reed Watts Memorial Fund may be used for rebuilding and/or restoration. Should the Session of The Presbyterian Church of Fredericksburg, Virginia approve such withdrawal of all or a portion of the principal and/or accumulated income, then such withdrawal shall be made according to the rules of the Foundation then in effect. The Session shall provide written notification to the Foundation of such approved withdrawal. Any written request for withdrawal must be received by the Foundation at least ten business days prior to the periodic valuation deadline of March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, in each year.
