Designated Use

To be used to assist needy students a) by supplementing their financial needs through work programs, and b) by supplying a loan fund for undergraduates at no interest; but after graduation the loan to carry such interest and time repayment as the governing Board of the Schools shall prescribe. It is Miss Berry's wish that the income shall go to 1.) Mary Holmes Junior College, West Point, Mississippi [Mary Holmes was officially closed in 2005] 2.) The College of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Arkansas or to other schools as the Board [of National Missions] elects, provided the schools herein mentioned have merged, or no longer exist, or the need for financial aid to students no longer exists.
