It is hereby ordered and adjudged that the conditions of the Harbison Bible Endowment Fund that Grove City College must meet to receive income are amended to match the process used to determine that a school is Presbyterian-related and therefore eligible to receive monies from Presbyterian entities, which currently requires the college to have a covenant agreement through the Association of Presbyterian Colleges and Universities and inclusion on a list of schools approved by the Evangelism Mission Committee of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
