The Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary may withdraw all or part of the full market value of this fund at any quarterly valuation date by giving the Foundation written notice of intent to withdrawal ten days prior to such valuation date. Each Request for partial withdrawal shall be for not less than $500.00 per withdrawal. Income on any withdrawal shall cease on the date of withdrawal.
