10/16/13 cy pres order: The Sinking Fund shall be maintained at said level [$250,000] as adjusted annually based upon the Consumer Price Index. Future funding of the Sinking Fund shall be made from the Endowment's [103120052253] income, before distribution of income as set forth below. The Sinking Fund shall be dedicated as the final operating reserve to maintain and support operations of the House of Rest Corporation. Distributions to the House of Rest Corporation from the Sinking Fund shall not occur unless and until the House of Rest Corporation has substantially exhausted the Maintenance and Operating Reserve Fund [this fund is held by the House of Rest Corporation].
