To sustain the ongoing need for textbook support of Students at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. In the event the Board of Trustees, in its sole discretion, determines that the use of the funds for the above stated purposes is no longer appropriate, necessary, practical, or possible of performance, or for other good and lawful reason, said purpose should be changed, said Board of Trustees may use these funds for such other closely related purposes as said Board, in its sole discretion, determines will best promote and support the mission of the institution.
