Designated Use

For its unrestricted use until such time as the corpus of the Fund reaches $10,000. Beginning with the first quarter after the date on which the corpus of the Fund reaches $10,000.00, the Foundation shall cease paying the Net Income to the Term Beneficiary and shall pay the Net Income therefrom quarterly, after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time), to Jefferson Presbyterian Church, 243 Washington Street, Jefferson, Georgia 30549 (hereinafter the Charitable Beneficiary), to be used for Seniors and Youths.
