Income to go to the Buckhorn Infirmary each year for extra equipment, as long as Buckhorn is related to the Board of National Missions. When Buckhorn ceases to exist or when it is no longer related to the Board of National Missions, the income is to be used by the Board of National Missions to further health in southern Appalachia .
