To be used for worthy Korean students, to be designated by the Korean Church, as long as they are studying in the United States or Korea, on the understanding that if in the future circumstances make it advisable to use the interest of the fund elsewhere, due to political or other reasons, the Commission [on Ecumenical Mission and Relations of the PC (USA)] is free to do so, provided that the title and the intent for which this fund was set up are always connected with it, and the purpose is maintained as nearly as possible.
